Our final changelog of the year includes a faster, clearer Populations experience, smarter tools for shortlisting participants, refreshed onboarding for new teammates, and a growing Help Center that’s evolving to support you even better. Here’s what’s new!

A better, faster way to navigate your Populations
Populations just got a fresh new look in your Rally workspace – and you don’t have to do a thing. Everything you use today is still right where you expect it, just cleaner, clearer, and easier to navigate.
Here’s what’s new:
- An updated People sidebar where you can now see and pin your favorite Populations
- “Database” is now called All people, with easier-to-understand permissions
- A smoother Population creation and editing experience that keeps you in place while you work
- A new Overview tab in each Population that brings key info together in one spot
- View what Populations are exclusive, and what teams they belong to at a glance
- A smoother recruiting process that allows you to easily see what Populations participants are a part of

Shortlist participants for your next study
Shortlisting is your new superpower for quickly zeroing in on the best participants in Rally.
From your Study tables, you can now tag people as a good fit, maybe, or not a fit, and instantly jump into a clean, focused Shortlist view that shows only your top picks.

New onboarding emails
We’ve refreshed our onboarding emails to help new users hit the ground running even faster. The updated flow gives clearer guidance, quicker tips, and the right resources at the right time – all designed to help teams feel confident and productive from day one. If you’re welcoming new teammates to Rally, they’ll now have an even smoother path to getting up to speed.
Rally’s Help Center looks a little different
You may notice our chatbot and Help Center look a little different… that’s on purpose! We’re rolling out a series of updates over the next few months to make it even easier for you to find answers, get support, and learn Rally your way. These improvements are just the beginning, and we’re excited to keep levelling up the experience so you feel supported every step of the way. Let us know what you think as things evolve!
