What's new in Rally

June 17, 2025

If you're juggling stakeholders, syncing databases, or trying to book groups of participants between back-to-back meetings, this update is for you. We’re rolling out Study Quotas (now in beta!) so you can cap and track participation across key groups all in one study.

We’ve also levelled up our Snowflake integration, made mobile scheduling easier for your participants, and added search tricks that'll make you feel like a Rally power user. Let’s get into it.

Recruit groups of participants with Study Quotas

Study Quotas are now available in Rally, giving you the power to segment and cap participation across key groups within a single study.

Example: In your next study, you want to hear from 4 VPs, 6 managers, and 10 individual contributors. You can now create three quotas in one study and set limits for each. Rally will track progress, auto-assign participants based on screener responses, and close quotas as they fill.

Snowflake integration now 2-way

We’ve upgraded our Snowflake integration to give you even more control and flexibility. You can now connect Rally to up to 2 Snowflake tables and set up two-way syncs with specific tables, so data flows exactly where you need it.

Enriched product data like last contact date, opt outs, deletions, and custom properties can move from Snowflake into Rally — and Rally can now send data like screener responses or participant properties back to Snowflake for deeper analysis, downstream workflows, and governance rules.

Search for multiple names or emails in People tables

You can now search for multiple people in Rally by typing their emails or names using “or” logic. Just enter one email, then type ‘or’, followed by the next. Whether you’re hunting through people tables, studies, or your entire database, Rally makes it easier to find exactly who you’re looking for, and fast.
